It passes the CSR (plus 2) in R1 and the unit number in R0 just like the boot ROM would do. Use the console ODT to enter this program at location 01000. The program will halt when complete. Using console ODT to transfer to location 0. I have not tested this - it should work but might take a little work (a TS-11 manual might come in handy).
